We are currently recruiting for x2 Maintenance Operatives to join our longstanding client working within a field based role ensuring the standard and upkeep of residential properties throughout the Coventry / Rugby / Leamington Spa area. Company vehicle and fuel card will be provided, or you can use your own vehicle if you prefer and claim back 45p per mile used.
What will I be doing?
- Provide building maintenance services to a number of properties within the area.
- Liaising with subcontractors to ensure access can be obtained and work can be carried out.
- Provide specialist trade services in accordance with certified standards.
- Undertaking both internal and external maintenance duties.
Experience required:
Ideally you will have experience with the maintenance of: Fire doors, plumbing, carpentry, painting and decorating, general maintenance.
