Location: Glasgow G33 area
Shifts: Monday to Friday, 0630 to finish
Pay: From per hour, paid weekly

About the Role: Kenect Recruitment is looking for dedicated Food Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing facility specialising in fresh produce. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced production environment with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately according to batch instructions
- Monitor and perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area
- Follow all health and safety, food safety, and company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written English
- Previous experience in food manufacturing is a plus but not essential; full training will be provided
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure product quality and consistency
- Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks such as lifting and moving stock
- Ability to stay productive and focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player with a positive attitude
