The Role
Our client, a well-established manufacturer of cardboard packaging, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, offering ongoing work with the potential for permanent opportunities.
Key Duties
- Operating bespoke cardboard manufacturing machinery (full training provided)
- Assembling cardboard packaging products to specification
- Using hand-held tools such as staple guns and glue guns
- Carrying out quality checks
- Packing finished products
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area
- Meeting daily production targets
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable using hand tools
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
