About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Mortgage Administrator to join our growing team. This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Walsall, offering flexibility to work both from home and in the office. You will play a key role in supporting mortgage advisers with the smooth processing of applications, ensuring excellent service for clients throughout the mortgage journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing and processing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to obtain updates and required documentation
- Ensuring all client records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards
- Preparing documentation and maintaining case files
- Monitoring application progress and proactively resolving any issues
- Providing administrative support to mortgage advisers
Requirements
- Previous experience in a mortgage or financial services administration role preferred
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good understanding of the mortgage process (desirable but not essential)
