Container Unloader – Maybrook

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
About the Role
Our recruitment agency is currently recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable and hardworking Container Unloaders to join their busy warehouse team in Maybrook.
This is a hands-on and physically demanding role, primarily focused on unloading incoming containers and ensuring goods are handled safely and efficiently. You will also be required to wrap pallets, move stock and support general warehouse duties when required.
The ideal candidate will be physically fit, reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading containers efficiently and safely
- Manually handling boxes and stock
- Loading and moving goods around the warehouse
- Wrapping and securing pallets
- Sorting and organising stock
- Checking goods for damage
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- Following all health and safety procedures
- Supporting the wider warehouse team when required
About You
- Previous warehouse or container unloading experience is desirable
- Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
- Physically fit and able to work at a good pace
- Reliable and punctual
- Hardworking with a positive attitude
- Able to follow instructions
- Good team player
- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment
- Available Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
