Kenect are currently seeking a Timber Team Leader in the Glenfield area. We are looking for someone with proven experience in Hardwood Timber and also experience in managing a team confidently.
Responsibilities
- Ensure sufficient space has been cleared for timber loads due in.
- Quality checking timber at point of receipt.
- Ensure all products are packed and certified correctly.
- Overseeing stock and products at all times - adhering to health and safety standards.
- Overseeing/handling returns.
- Completing relevant paperwork for returns/stock movements.
- Point of contact on any order queries.
- Prepare for stock taking as per schedule.
Experience
- Proven experience in the timber sector.
- Proven experience in working with hardwood timber.
- Experience leading/managing a team.
Pay: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year (Negotiable)
Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday
