About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join a growing healthcare consumables company based in Tipton. This is a full-time, office-based position with the opportunity to secure a permanent contract following a successful temporary period. This role involves making outbound sales calls to a mixture of warm leads and new prospects, helping to grow and develop the company's customer base within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Making outbound sales calls to warm leads and existing prospects
- Generating new business opportunities through proactive lead generation
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable healthcare consumable products
- Managing and updating the CRM system accurately
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous telesales or outbound sales experience (essential)
- Confident communicator with excellent telephone manner
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections effectively
- Strong organisational and IT skills
- Experience within healthcare or medical supplies (desirable but not essential)
