Site Manager Full-Time | Permanent Salary: £45,000 £50,000 DOE + Benefits Are you an experienced Site Manager ready to take on exciting large scale construction projects? We\’re working on behalf of a leading construction firm based in Portadown. Due to continued success and further contract awards, they are now seeking a skilled Site Manager to join their team. The Role: As Site Manager, youll report to the Contracts Manager and oversee all on site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with the Contracts Manager to plan and deliver projects effectively from pre-construction through to completion Maintain high standards of Health, Safety & Environmental compliance Supervise and manage all site operatives and subcontractors Ensure quality control, site cleanliness, and PPE compliance Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Identify project risks and opportunities, contributing to continuous improvement Handle technical challenges and liaise with senior leadership for resolution Manage material, plant, and tool logistics efficiently Deliver defect/snag free handovers What We\’re Looking For: A degree or HND in a construction-related discipline with 3+ years experience, or 5+ years in a similar Site Management role on projects £3M+ In-depth knowledge of current building regulations, legislation, and Health & Safety practices Understanding of CDM regulations Valid CSR/CSCS card at management level First aid qualification desirable Strong time management and problem solving skills Flexibility regarding working hours and travel This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company with a strong industry presence and a commitment to quality, integrity, and excellence.
