Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Trainee to join our dynamic sales team. This entry-level position is designed for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their sales skills in a supportive environment. As a Sales Trainee, you will gain valuable experience in the sales process, customer relationship management, and the use of inhouse CRM system to track and analyse sales data. Full driving licence / own transport is a plus as may be required to attend exhibitions and meet with new clients.
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying potential clients and generating leads through various channels.
- Participate in training sessions to learn about our products, services, and sales techniques.
- Support the sales team by preparing presentations and proposals for clients.
- Utilise inhouse CRM to manage customer information, track interactions, and analyse sales performance.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
- Attend meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing the sales process.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data using Sales CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- A proactive attitude towards learning and personal development within the sales field.
