We are seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join our team, a trusted provider of high-quality homes across Northern Ireland. Based in Omagh, you\’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional housing projects. Your responsibilities: Quantity measurement and rate agreement. Subcontractor management and coordination. On-site measurement and recording of works. Cost management, forecasting, and reporting. Development land appraisals. We\’re looking for: 4 years Quantity Surveying experience. Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects. Computer literacy (including AutoCAD). Valid driver\’s license.
