Based at their fast-paced manufacturing facility, our client is looking for a skilled, responsible, and Flexible Machine /
Production Operator to join their team.
This is a brilliant opportunity to join a business that heavily invests in its staff. Our client offers comprehensive dual training across multiple production lines, allowing operators to continuously upskill and increase their pay bandings. The successful candidate will enjoy a stable, daytime shift pattern with an early finish every single Friday, alongside an incredible flexible working scheme where staff can earn up to 12 days of additional holiday per year.
The Role Involves:
- Machine Operation: Setting up, calibrating, and running light production line machinery and assembly equipment.
- Process Control: Monitoring live production runs, feeding raw materials, and adjusting machine settings (such as line speeds) to ensure a smooth, continuous workflow.
- Documentation: Keeping accurate production activity logs, documenting output quantities, recording any defects, and tracking work times.
What Our Client Is Looking For:
- Experience: A solid background as a Machine or Production Operator within a manufacturing environment. Experience working with light metals, extrusion, or assembly lines is highly advantageous.
- Technical Aptitude: The ability to read production drawings and quality instructions, with a working knowledge of computer-controlled machinery.
