Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a
Recycling Prepper Operative to join a busy recycling facility based in Wednesbury. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and is looking for a long-term position with the potential for permanent employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Separating plastic components from metal materials ready for recycling.
- Using hand tools and power tools such as saws and drills safely and effectively.
- Preparing materials for the recycling process.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
- Following all health and safety procedures.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience using hand-held and power tools (including saws and drills).
- Good practical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- A reliable and hardworking attitude.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, recycling, or warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
