Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Cleaner to join our team on our clients site. Our Client is a famous supermarket based in Stroud GL5. This is initially for holiday cover but will lead to more shifts on a regular basis. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This position requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
There are 2 shifts available but happy for the same person to fill both.
Initial Dates: 27th Aug to 05 Sep
Shift 1: Mon to Sat 05.00 – 07.30
Shift 2: Mon to Fri 12.30 – 14.00
Pay: £12.21p/h
Duties
* Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.
* Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas to ensure a hygienic environment.
* Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
* Follow health and safety guidelines while performing cleaning duties.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.
* Drive to various locations as required for cleaning assignments.
Experience
* Previous experience in a cleaning role is advantageous but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
