About the Role
Kenect Recruitment is looking for dedicated Production Operatives to join a busy food manufacturing facility specialising in sweet bakery products such as icing sugar, cake fillings, and dessert toppings. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern, fast-paced production environment with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate mixing and processing machinery to produce bakery products
- Weigh and measure ingredients accurately according to batch instructions
- Monitor and perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the production area
- Follow all health and safety, food safety, and company policies and procedures
Requirements
