About the role
This company is a family-run construction company specialising in high-end residential projects, including luxury homes, mansions, and premium extensions across Lisburn and South Belfast. They pride themselves on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and a close-knit, professional team environment. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced and organised Site Manager to join their team and oversee high-end projects.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day site operations across 23 luxury residential projects at any one time. You will ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards. You will work closely with company directors, subcontractors, and our small, skilled in-house team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily site activities across multiple projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard
- Supervise trades, subcontractors, and labourers on site
- Maintain health and safety standards at all times
- Oversee quality control and finishing details on high-end builds
- Order materials and manage deliveries
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and management
- Maintain site records and progress reports
- Ensure sites are kept clean, organised, and professional
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a Site Manager or similar role
- Trade background preferred (e.g. Builder, Joiner, or similar)
- Experience working on high-end residential or luxury projects
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Based in or near Lisburn/Belfast (zero travel requirement)
- No long-distance travel; all projects local
