Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer is seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Officer to join their HR team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where people are at the heart of the business. Salary is 30k to 35k Location: Carrickfergus In this role, youll support a broad range of HR functions across the organisation, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff well-being initiatives.
