About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced HLOP (High Level Order Picker) Operator to join our busy warehouse team in Rugby. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and efficiency. The role will also involve a variety of general warehouse duties alongside HLOP operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) safely and efficiently
- Picking and packing orders at height
- Assisting with general warehouse duties such as loading/unloading, stock control, and goods-in/goods-out
- Ensuring stock is handled with care and accuracy
- Carrying out regular equipment checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience operating a HLOP is preferred
- Valid certification or licence for HLOP operation (desirable)
- Willingness to carry out general warehouse tasks as required
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and reliability
