Company Overview: Due to continued growth and expansion, our prestigious client is currently looking to recruit a HGV refuse driver, to join their growing team on a temporary basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a local team, supporting with their transport activities across the area.
Role Overview: Operate Class 2 vehicles to collect household, commercial, or recycling waste, managing crew safety and vehicle compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Daily pre-use vehicle checks
- Navigating tight residential streets
- Operating lifting mechanisms
- Ensuring compliance with transport regulations
- Collecting bins/loading bins
Job Requirements:
- Refuse driver experience required
- Flexible to work weekends
- A full UK driving licence with category class 2 entitlement
- A valid Digital Tachograph Card and Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
