About the Role
Kenect Recruitment is looking for dedicated Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse facility in Bo’ness EH51 area. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced warehouse and sorting environment with a supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and Unload
- Monitor and perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution
- Using hand scanners for selecting correct items
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the warehouse area
- Follow all health and safety, and company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Good verbal and written English
- Previous experience in picking and packing is a plus but not essential; full training will be provided
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure correct orders are selected
- Physically able to carry out manual handling tasks such as lifting and moving stock
- Ability to lift, move 20kg boxes onto pallets
- Ability to stay productive and focused in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player with a positive attitude
