We require an experienced Multiskilled Operative (minimum 3 years' trade background) to deliver a high-pressure reactive service within occupied social housing. To be considered you must be a qualified, proven trade professional.
Key Requirements & Experience
- Strong multiskilled capability across a range of trade tasks including Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Bricklaying, Fencing, Flooring, Groundworks.
- Essential experience working in occupied social housing.
- Must be local to the area - company vehicle is provided strictly for work use.
- Must have driving licence and no more than 6pts.
Contract & Hours
- Reviewed every 12 weeks; potential for rolling extensions.
- Hours vary: 8am-4pm or 8:30am-5pm, with 3:30 finish Fridays (37 hours/week).
- Locations covered: Corby, Kettering and Wellingborough.
