Kenect Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Manager to work for our long-standing client based in Coalville.
Pay rate: £20per hour
Shift: Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00
Job Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse.
- Lead and support warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee stock levels, receiving, picking, packing and dispatch.
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain high standards of health, safety and housekeeping.
- Monitor warehouse performance and resolve operational issues.
- Work closely with suppliers, drivers and other departments.
- Identify ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Experience:
- Proven previous experience in managing a fast paced busy warehouse
- Must be Mandarin speaking
