Kenect Recruitment are please to be recruiting 2 cleaners to cover the shift pattern below in High Wycombe and Beconsfield. Our Client is a well known supermarket.
Overview
We are seeking a diligent and reliable Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services, ensuring that all facilities are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This role is essential in creating a welcoming and safe environment for both staff and visitors.
Duties
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces
* Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness
* Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to ensure a polished appearance
* Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies
* Restock supplies as needed, ensuring all areas are well-equipped
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
* Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks
Requirements
* Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable
* Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
* Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items
* Excellent communication skills for reporting issues and collaborating with team members

Monday – Sunday 17.30 – 21.00 Start ASAP – Long Term ongoing
Shift: High Wycombe HP11 1FY
Monday – Friday 18.30 – 21.30 Start ASAP – Holiday Cover (2 weeks) – Possibly run longer
Pay: £12.21
