The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.
Site operatives required to cover – Chelmsford, Maldon, Witham, Braintree and surrounding areas. Flexible hours from 32 to 48 per week, depending on requirements to cover holiday and sickness. Sites open Monday to Sunday so must be prepared to work at weekends. Enhanced hourly rate for bank holidays.
Schedule
- Hours: 08:45-17:15 (8 hours)
- Shifts: 4 to 6 days per week
Must be able to drive with own transport to work on various sites. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF NO TRANSPORT.
Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- Assisting members of the public and keeping areas tidy.
- Some heavy lifting involved and standing for long periods of time.
- Experience of working within the waste industry preferred but not essential.
- Ability to stay calm in difficult situations with good interpersonal skills.
- General good health, able to work on foot for lengthy periods of time.
- Qualified to minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
- Computer literate.
- Applicants must have steel toe capped boots.
