We’re hiring for an experienced Shot Blaster to join a skilled team specialising in the manufacture of high-quality JCB products in Dilhorne, Stoke On Trent. This is a temporary to permanent role working on Days, Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 16:30.

What will you be doing as a Shot Blaster?
- Operate industrial shot blasting equipment to clean, prepare, and finish metal surfaces
- Read and interpret job orders, ensuring all specifications and standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on blasting equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Inspect and assess finished products for quality control
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations, maintaining a clean workspace
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets
What do you need?
- Previous experience as a Shot Blaster / Sandblaster / Paint Stripper or similar
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to handle manual labour in a fast-paced environment
- Counterbalance license would be advantageous for this role.
