Job Summary
Kenect Recruitment are looking for X2 skilled Sprayers to join our clients team in Blackbushe, Camberley.
Our client is the largest car auction company in the country. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying coatings, paints, or finishes to various vehicles, ensuring high-quality results that meet our standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. The Sprayer will play a crucial role in maintaining the aesthetic and functional quality of our products.
Overview
Shifts: 40 hours a week, – 5 x 8 hour shifts per week between Monday and Sunday 7am-7pm
Successful candidates will be required to work 1 in every 3 weekends on a rota basis. This is a temp to perm role. moving permanent with our client once completed 12 weeks.
Start: ASAP – Interviews will be arranged as soon as possible
Pay: £19.44 per hour
Responsibilities
* Prepare surfaces for spraying by cleaning, sanding, or priming as necessary.
* Operate spray equipment safely and efficiently to apply coatings evenly.
* Mix paints and finishes according to specifications, ensuring consistency in colour and texture.
* Conduct regular maintenance on spraying equipment to ensure optimal performance.
* Inspect finished products for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed.
* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment at all times.
* Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
Skills
* Driving Licence (no more than 6 points) as you will be driving cars on site
* Strong mechanical knowledge to understand and troubleshoot equipment issues.
* Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively and safely.
* Capability to perform heavy lifting as required during the preparation and application processes.
* Attention to detail with a focus on achieving high-quality finishes.
