We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our transport desk based in Burton-on-Trent.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm, early finishes on a Friday!
Pay: Negotiable depending on industry experience
Location: Burton on Trent (DE14 1PT)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract HGV drivers to support current and new clients within the transport and logistics industry
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate registrations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs/requirements
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements
- Contacting prospect clients via Business Development (cold-calling/networking etc.)
Due to the nature of this role, it is essential you have access to your own transport.
Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years recruitment experience within either the transport/logistics or industrial/warehousing industry.
