Warehouse Stock Administrator
Sunday to Thursday – 10pm to 6am
£14.86 p/h
Temporary to permanent
- Ensure orders on the internal system are ready for dispatch.
- Inputting and processing customer orders based on requirements and courier requirements.
- Create picking sheets to pass to the warehouse for picking the products in a timely fashion.
- Work with internal departments (customer service & marketing) to ensure that customer requirements are met.
- Organise any specific transport issues with couriers to avoid delays in dispatching orders.
- Communicating with internal departments and customers to advise on any shortages or issues that will delay dispatch of orders and offer solutions if possible.
- Answer queries passed through customer care on behalf of customers with regards to shortage/PODs/delivery dates in a timely manner.
- Be able to work with company-based computer program, Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
- Contribute to the smooth running of the logistics department.
- General Administration tasks.
