Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Mandarin Speaking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse activities. This position involves a variety of tasks including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving goods. The ideal candidate should also possess experience of using Chinese CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate Chinese warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage stock levels.
• Build and assemble products as required for shipping.
• Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of goods safely and efficiently.
• Operate Manual Handling Equipment and other warehouse equipment to load and unload materials.
• Engage in picking and packing orders accurately to ensure timely dispatch.
• Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring all documentation is completed correctly.
• Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist in stock management, including inventory counts and restocking shelves as necessary.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous.
• Fluency in Chinese / Mandarin is essential!
• Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, loading, and unloading goods is desirable.
• A proactive approach to work with the ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently when required.
