Kenect Recruitment is seeking Skilled Workshop Joiners for a permanent role with our client, a growing business based just outside Belfast. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that values career progression and offers a flexible working environment.
Requirements:
- Ability to read and follow technical drawings, specifications, and cutting lists.
- Proven experience in assembling and machining joinery products.
- Experience with woodworking machines (cross-cut saw, dimension saw, surface planer/thicknesser, spindle moulder, etc.) is desirable.
- Willingness to take on a variety of workshop tasks as required.
- Time-served with relevant joinery qualifications (NVQ, Diploma, or City & Guilds).
- Strong teamwork skills and a flexible approach to duties.
- Passion for joinery and carpentry.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (start and finish times can be flexible).
Pay Rate:
- £17 – £20 per hour (dependent on experience and skill level).
- Salary negotiable for the right candidate.
