Overview

Location: Belfast BT3

Working Hours: Monday – Friday 07:30 – 16:00 (37.5 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £13.92 per hour

Contract Duration: One year contract starting April

Our esteemed client is currently seeking to recruit a Technical Administrator and Planner to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to become part of a well-established organisation, contributing to the continued success and delivery of high-quality services.

Role Overview: Work as part of the wider Omega team to support the smooth and compliant running of the plant. Be a key interface with the maintenance teams and planner to ensure they have the parts, equipment, and training needed for INFOR, as well as accurate administration of performance data and contractor activities on site. Responsible for all aspects of raising and closing out purchase orders, including the receipts of orders, resolution of queries, and follow-up of invoices and reports for projects for timely financial close out.

Responsibilities:

  • Raise and close purchase orders.
  • Ensure that all appropriate financial transactions for each project are packaged, reconciled, and aligned prior to financial closure of projects.
  • Ensure that all purchases, including ad hoc payments and internal journals, are assigned to the appropriate work orders before approval.
  • Support site management with budget forecasting, recording performance against SLAs, etc.
  • Inspect first aid provisions.
  • Daily close out of all completed work orders.
  • Responsible for stepping in for the planner and delivering the aspects of the planner role when he is on holidays or off sick.
