Hours: Mon-Fri - Alternative shift pattern (all dayshift) 7am-4pm/9am-6pm
Overview: Our client has grown rapidly to become the customs clearance agency of choice for a wide range of industries. Their goal is simple: to let our customers relax, knowing that their customs clearances are being handled efficiently, legally, and cost-effectively. They are looking for a customs clearance operative to join their growing team.
Role Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation for imports and exports
- Liaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Track and monitor shipments, resolving any customs-related delays
- Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary shipment details
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations
- Accurately file and organize all customs records
