HR Administration Executive | Jersey (Hybrid Working Available)
A well-established organisation in Jersey is seeking an HR Administration Executive to join its People & Culture team on a permanent, full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with HR or people administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and is looking to develop their career towards an HR Advisor position.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR queries
- Managing employee lifecycle administration, including onboarding, contracts and leavers
- Supporting payroll, pensions and benefits administration
- Maintaining accurate HR systems and people data
- Producing HR reports and assisting with process improvements
- Coordinating training records and mandatory learning requirements
- Supporting employee relations processes and case administration
- Ensuring compliance with employment, data protection and governance requirements
We're interested in hearing from candidates who have:
- At least 2 years' experience in HR or people administration
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience handling confidential information and payroll-related administration
- CIPD Level 3 (completed or in progress) would be advantageous
