We're working with a sophisticated family office seeking an experienced Trust professional to join a small, high-quality team supporting the interests of a private family.

That means you'll have the infrastructure, governance and frameworks of a professional fiduciary organisation, while still enjoying the variety, pace and direct exposure that makes family office work so interesting.
The Opportunity
You’ll work directly with the principals and CEO, becoming closely involved in the day-to‑day management of the family's structures and interests. The portfolio itself is deliberately concentrated, including six trusts, eight trading companies, corporate structures and investments, allowing you to develop a genuinely detailed understanding of the structures you manage rather than simply administering a large book of unrelated clients.
There's also a strong Company Secretarial element to the position, alongside opportunities to get involved in technology, automation and workflow improvement projects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing the ongoing administration of trusts, companies and wider family structures.
- Working across a portfolio that includes trusts, trading companies, corporate structures and investments.
- Providing Company Secretarial support across the structures.
- Working directly with the principals and CEO on family office matters.
- Coordinating with colleagues and professional advisers to ensure matters are handled efficiently.
- Taking ownership of work and developing a detailed understanding of the family's structures and requirements.
- Getting involved in technology and automation initiatives.
- Helping identify opportunities to improve workflows and make processes smarter and more efficient.

- An experienced Trust, Corporate or Private Wealth professional with a strong technical foundation.
- Comfortable administering trusts, companies and corporate structures.
- Company Secretarial experience or an interest in developing further experience in this area.
- Someone who is confident or keen on working closely with senior stakeholders.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable taking genuine ownership.
- Naturally interested in technology, efficiency and better ways of working.
