The Opportunity
This role offers far more than routine administration.
You’ll be involved in the ongoing administration of fund and corporate structures, supporting a variety of clients throughout their lifecycle while working alongside experienced professionals who are committed to helping you develop and progress your career. From new structure establishment through to fund operations and company secretarial support, you’ll gain valuable exposure across a broad range of responsibilities in a fast-paced and professional environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with the administration of private capital structures including funds and corporate entities.
- Supporting the establishment of new structures and the transition of new business.
- Delivering an exceptional client experience throughout the full client lifecycle.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, advisers and stakeholders.
- Assisting with company secretarial matters, including board packs, agendas and meeting minutes.
- Supporting routine fund operations including investor calls and distributions.
- Preparing payment instructions and maintaining accurate records.
- Working closely with senior colleagues while continuing to develop your technical knowledge and industry expertise.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within Funds, Corporate Services or a similar financial services environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team.
- Understanding of AML/KYC requirements.
- Studying towards, or interested in pursuing, a professional qualification such as CGI, ACCA or ACA.
