Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the day-to-day management and oversight of compliance activities
- Leading and delivering compliance monitoring reviews
- Providing guidance on AML/CFT, regulatory compliance and risk matters
- Supporting governance committees and regulatory reporting
- Reviewing client due diligence and identifying potential compliance risks
- Assisting with regulatory change projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Supporting the development and enhancement of policies, procedures and controls
- Acting as a trusted adviser to the business on compliance-related matters
We're keen to hear from candidates who have:
- Previous compliance experience within the trust, corporate or wider financial services sector
- A strong understanding of Jersey regulatory requirements and AML obligations
- Experience in compliance monitoring, risk assessment and regulatory reporting
- Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- High levels of integrity, professionalism and sound judgement
