Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a professional and guest-focused Receptionist to join a luxury inn in KwaZulu-Natal.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a warm and efficient guest experience while assisting with daily Front Office and reception duties.
Requirements:
- Previous Reception or Front Office experience within a hotel, lodge or luxury hospitality environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional, well-presented and guest-focused
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Computer literate
- Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- A positive, hands-on approach to guest service
