Are you a talented Key Account Manager with BEMS experience? Join our northern region. We\’re looking for an ambitious \’people person\’ to join our growing team in the north of England.

What You’ll Need

  • Experience in the BEMS industry
  • Experience in a similar role with a great track record
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. electrical/mechanical)
  • Ability to connect with people and build relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently without supervision
  • Determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction
  • A flexible and self‑motivated approach to work
  • Passion for technology and innovation
  • A full driving license

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Managing key accounts within our customer portfolio
  • Acting as a primary point of contact and addressing enquiries, needs and concerns promptly
  • Delivering exceptional service all round, with customer satisfaction a top priority
  • Hitting sales targets and pre‑defined objectives
  • Forecasting order input amounts and timings
  • Fully estimating projects and producing technical proposals
  • Developing new business with consultants, contractors and end users
  • Leading and driving new initiativesDeveloping and maintaining long‑term business relationships with new and existing customers
  • Conducting regular check‑ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist in the planning of and taking part in marketing, promotion and customer entertainment activities
  • Acting as a liaison between the client and the internal teams
