Do you have at least 5 years experience in the BEMS industry? And are you looking to transition into sales? Our growing Scottish team are looking for a new teammate! BEMS industry experience is essential for this role and we encourage BEMS engineers who’d like to take that leap into a sales role to apply.
What You’ll Need
- 5-10 years’ experience in the field of BEMS
- Relevant qualifications (e.g. electrical/mechanical)
- Ability to connect with people and build relationships
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Determination to deliver an outstanding level of customer satisfaction
- A flexible and self-motivated approach to work
- Passion for technology and innovation
- A full driving license
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing key accounts within our customer portfolio
- Acting as a primary point of contact and addressing enquiries, needs and concerns promptly
- Delivering exceptional service all round, with customer satisfaction a top priority
- Hitting sales targets and pre-defined objectives
- Forecasting order input amounts and timings
- Fully estimating projects and producing technical proposals
- Developing new business with consultants, contractors and end users
- Leading and driving new initiatives
- Developing and maintaining long-term business relationships with new and existing customers in Scotland
- Conducting regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth
- Assist in the planning of and taking part in marketing, promotion and customer entertainment activities
- Acting as a liaison between the client and the internal teams
