Responsibilities
- Personally contributes to the achievement of brand goals and sales targets.
- Models respect, initiative, enthusiasm, and flexibility; represents the brand professionally and ethically, following Kendo, brand, and Brown Thomas guidelines.
- Builds effective, positive, and collaborative relationships quickly with team and store partners.
- Builds a loyal clientele base to drive sales through strong makeup artistry, selling, and service skills for a high-quality customer experience.
- Delivers in-depth makeup knowledge to advise customers on products that meet their needs and understand product features.
- Attends initial brand training and ongoing training to stay current on trends, products, and offerings.
- Contributes to consistent housekeeping, high presentation, and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintains excellent personal grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand is essential.
- At least 1 year of retail experience and a proven track record in beauty selling environment.
- Strong makeup artistry background; ability to build a clientele portfolio.
- Excellent communication and listening skills; strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
- Excellent organizational skills; empathetic and inclusive demeanor; confident and professional.
- Interest and passion for beauty; adaptable and flexible; driven for results.
- Professional conduct and ability to speak knowledgeably about Rihanna.
