About the role:

We are looking for a proactive and creative Junior Marketing Executive to support our Shopper and Healthcare Marketing teams. This role offers the opportunity to work across key retail accounts, campaigns, and NPD launches, ensuring our brand is consistently represented both in-store and online. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful marketing initiatives that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Shopper Marketing execution across key retail accounts, from creative briefing to rollout, ensuring campaigns land effectively in-store and online.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all retail touchpoints, including retailer platforms and internal asset banks.
  • Brief internal creative team to develop marketing assets across shopper, healthcare and campaign channels, ensuring all outputs are on-brand and aligned with objectives.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of campaigns and NPD launches, working cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Analyse campaign performance across channels and share actionable insights to inform future strategies.
  • Manage non-paid partnerships (e.g. data swaps, co-marketing), ensuring aligned messaging and mutual value.
  • Lead on award submissions, from drafting entries to coordinating creative and ensuring wins are amplified across owned channels.
  • Conduct ongoing competitor analysis, tracking claims, messaging, and activation strategy; provide regular updates to the wider team.
  • Support the healthcare marketing team, including content development, asset coordination.
  • Take ownership of consumer show logistics and marketing, including stand planning, collateral, and on-the-day delivery.
  • Assist with budget tracking and invoice processing.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing or related field, preferably within FMCG, retail, or healthcare sectors.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative and proactive approach, comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
