About the role
We’re looking for a Packaging Development Technologist to join our fast-growing team and help shape the packaging behind one of the world’s most exciting infant nutrition brands.
This is more than a packaging coordination role — you’ll have the opportunity to turn ideas into reality, supporting new packaging concepts, artwork, formats and innovations from development through to launch.
Working closely with our Packaging Development team and wider R&D team, you’ll collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers and co-packers to develop packaging that is innovative, practical, compliant and increasingly sustainable.
From exploring new materials and technologies to supporting factory trials and global product launches, you’ll play a hands-on role in developing the packaging behind our award-winning infant milks and cereals, enjoyed by families around the world.
If you’re curious about packaging, passionate about innovation and want to see your work make a real-world impact, this could be the perfect opportunity to grow with Kendamil.

- Supporting the business in understanding and responding to packaging sustainability requirements and environmental developments.
- Researching new packaging technologies, materials and design solutions that could support Kendamil’s future growth.
- Building strong relationships with packaging suppliers, equipment manufacturers and other external partners.
- Supporting packaging projects from development through to launch, working collaboratively with multiple teams.
- Attending relevant packaging, sustainability and industry events and trade shows, helping us stay ahead of emerging trends and challenges.
- Contributing ideas and solutions that improve packaging performance, sustainability and efficiency.
Qualification and experience:
- Previous experience in packaging coordination, packaging development or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with confidence working with data and spreadsheets.
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across teams.
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong planning and time-management skills.
- A proactive and accountable approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive tasks through to completion.
