We’re looking for Architectural Technologists at all levels to join our teams in Bristol and Ringwood! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take the next step in your career, we offer training, support and project exposure to help you thrive.

As a Graduate or early-career Technologist, you’ll be supported through structured training programmes, including mentoring and tailored development plans. For those at a more senior level, you’ll have the opportunity to take on responsibility across all RIBA stages, lead projects, and help guide junior team members.

Your Role In The Team (depending On Experience):
- Collaborate with Architects, Surveyors and other professionals
- Develop detailed design and construction information
- Support or lead the preparation of Planning and Building Regulation submissions
- Attend and contribute to site meetings and client communications
- Develop your technical knowledge to create innovative and sustainable design solutions
- Stay up to date with relevant standards, technology and industry developments
Individual Duties (typically Involve):
- Produce accurate technical and detailed design drawings
- Work collaboratively to translate design concepts into high-quality construction documents
- Liaise with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
- Visit sites to monitor progress and resolve technical issues
- Embrace a multidisciplinary, team-based approach to project work
Skills And Requirements (varied By Level):
- A degree in Architectural Technology
- Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction methods and detailing
- Understanding of RIBA stages, especially stages 3 – 7
- MCIAT status (for more experienced candidates)
- A valid UK driving licence
- Knowledge Of Microsoft 365 and Teams
- Revit and Vectorworks (desirable)
- Strong IT and digital communication skills
