Kendal Crosslands Communities is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Counselor to join the team and drive our growth strategy forward!
Key responsibilities include:
- Helping achieve and maintain full occupancy of the communities
- Maintaining a healthy wait list
- Promoting a positive image in the larger community
A Sales Counselor of Kendal Crosslands Communities (KCC) works collaboratively with the KCC Director of Sales and Marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Two or more years’ experience in senior living sales
- Ability to achieve sales goals and initiatives
- Strong closing and post sales skills
- Ability to take directions and accept coaching from the Director of Sales and Marketing
- Excellent engagement and relationship building skills
- Demonstration of proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, and CRM lead management software
- Organizational and analytical skills
- Self-starter who enjoys working with older people, excellent listener, able to maintain confidentiality
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Good speaking and writing skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
