The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 £ per year.
The primary function of this position will be to maintain the grounds of the Kendal Crosslands Communities in optimal condition by performing a variety of tasks relative to the maintenance of the grounds and assisting in resident transportation and Kendal Crosslands resident moves.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
- Must be able to follow and give written and oral instructions, and otherwise communicate and receive communications orally and in writing.
- Capable of operating all yard maintenance equipment.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and insurable by Kendal Crosslands Communities insurance.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to climb, walk long distances, crawl, lift, push, pull, and carry weights from 60 pounds up to and in excess of 125 pounds.
- Must be able to work overtime.
