Kendal College is seeking an inspirational leader to head the Foundation Learning provision, including Supported Internships (SIP), Link2 and High Needs programmes.

You will champion inclusive, learner-centred education, drive outstanding teaching, learning and SEND practice, and help learners develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to thrive.

All staff are responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
