The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

Lead and inspire the College’s Foundation Learning provision, including Supported Internships (SIP), Link2 and High Needs programmes. You’ll champion inclusive, learner‑centred education, drive outstanding teaching, learning and SEND practice, and help learners develop the skills, confidence and independence they need to thrive in adulthood. Working closely with colleagues, you’ll shape an innovative curriculum, lead continuous improvement and make a lasting difference to learners’ lives.

All staff are responsible for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.

  • Full‑time, permanent – 37 hours per week (1.0 FTE)
