We are seeking a caring and committed Inclusion Practitioner to provide high-quality learning support for students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities across a range of programmes. Working closely with curriculum teams and the Learning Services Team, you will help create an inclusive, supportive learning environment where all learners can participate, progress and achieve their potential. You will support learners in and out of the classroom, encourage independence, promote positive behaviour and respect, and contribute to monitoring progress and learning outcomes. This is a flexible and rewarding role where no two days are the same, and your support will make a real difference to learners’ experience and success. All staff share responsibility for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.

  • Part‑time to Full‑time opportunities available, permanent
  • Term‑Time only (38 weeks)
  • Salary: £21,253 - £21,808, actual salary based on 37 hours p/w (depending upon qualifications and experience)
