Ken Stimpson Academy is seeking a compassionate Learning Mentor for Children in Care to join our inclusion team. You will work directly with vulnerable students to improve attendance, wellbeing and achievement, guiding them to overcome barriers and reach their potential.
You will collaborate with carers, social workers and school staff, advocate for pupils’ needs, support Personal Education Plans, and contribute to a culture of safeguarding, high expectations and inclusive practice.
