We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee CAD Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in design and engineering, as we design and install Cable Enclosure systems for fire protection.

You will work alongside experienced designers to produce accurate technical drawings using CAD software, contributing to a range of exciting projects. Ideally, you will have 1 to 2 years' experience in CAD / Revit. Training alongside the CAD technician will also be given, but we need you to confidently know your way around the programmes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the preparation of technical drawings and plans using CAD software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit)
  • Interpret design specifications and engineering information
  • Amend and update drawings based on feedback
  • Maintain organised drawing records and documentation
