Kemsley LLP is seeking to expand its Agency Team with the appointment of either a Graduate / Junior Surveyor or an Experienced Agent. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and highly regarded firm with a strong regional presence across East London and Essex. You will work closely with senior colleagues on a diverse range of agency instructions, gaining exposure across industrial, office, and retail sectors, with genuine scope to build your own client base and develop professionally.

The Role

  • Assisting with and managing a wide variety of agency instructions
  • Involvement in acquisitions and disposals across a diverse portfolio
  • Exposure to key industrial, office, and retail property markets
  • Supporting client relationships and business development initiatives
  • Collaborating with an experienced and well-connected senior team

About You

  • Strong work ethic with a proactive and commercially focused mindset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress within a leading regional practice
  • Prior agency experience is desirable (but not essential for graduates)
